Resumo: | The variability and complexity of work in the electricity distribution assigns to teams involved (operators and electricians, for example) the development of resilience skills (RS). Resilience engineering is presented as a paradigm for safety management of complex systems, which aims to measure, evaluate and improve system´s resilience. The present study aimed to identify operator´s RS, factors to include in training scenarios, recommendations for re-designing the socio-technical system, and characteristics of interaction between operator and electrician. Interviews, field observation and document analysis were the instruments used to collect data. 15 resilience skill´s categories, 12 categories of factors for training scenarios and 16 recommendations for re-designing the system were identified. The analysis of the operator-electrician interaction disclosed 11 operator´s HR related to electricians, nine training factors for operators related to electricians and five factors for electricians related to operators. This result reinforces the importance of developing training scenarios that integrate operator and electrician tasks. |

This result reinforces the importance of developing training scenarios that integrate operator and electrician tasks.A variabilidade e complexidade do trabalho na distribuição de energia elétrica atribui às equipes envolvidas (operadores e eletricistas, por exemplo) o desenvolvimento de habilidades de resiliência (HR). A engenharia de resiliência é apresentada como um paradigma para gestão da segurança em sistemas complexos, o qual procurar medir, avaliar e melhorar a resiliência de um sistema. O presente estudo teve como objetivos: identificar HR dos operadores, fatores para compor cenários de treinamento, ações de re-projeto do sistema sócio-técnico e características de interação entre operador e eletricista. Entrevistas, observação em campo e análise de documentos foram os instrumentos utilizados para coletada de dados. Ao todo foram identificadas: 15 categorias de HR, 12 fatores e 16 ações de re-projeto do sistema. A análise da interação operador-eletricista constatou relação em 11 HR dos operadores, 9 fatores para operadores e 5 fatores para eletricistas. Tal resultado reforça a importância do desenvolvimento de cenários de treinamento que integrem a ação do operador e do eletricista.
