Resumo: The expansion of opportunities for participation and interactivity due to the rise of social networking sites disappointed amplified the voice of the customer with the practices of organizations with respect to consumer relations. The online live does not minimize discontinuities, misunderstanding and disrespect the binomial consumer/organizations instead accelerates conflictualities. In this context, this article analyzes the way of respect/disrespect joined in the subscribed user speech on social site Reclame AQUI, pointing out that conflicts – inherent in the relationships – may be opportunities for the organization of coexistence and cohabitation in contemporary society.

El mundo online no minimiza las discontinuidades, incomprensión y falta de respeto en el binomio consumidor/empresa, al contrario, acelera los conflictos. En ese contexto, este artículo analiza los sentidos de respeto/falta de respeto adjunto al discurso del consumidor registrado en el sitio social Reclame AQUI, apuntando que los conflictos – inherentes a las relaciones – pueden ser una oportunidad para la organización de la convivencia y cohabitación en la sociedad contemporánea.A ampliação dos espaços de participação e interatividade decorrente da ascensão das redes sociais da Internet amplificou a voz do consumidor decepcionado com as práticas das organizações no que tange às relações de consumo. O habitar online não minimiza as descontinuidades, a incompreensão e o desrespeito no binômio consumidor/empresa, ao contrário, acelera as conflitualidades.
