Resumo: | In Mexico, the standardization of educational plans, programs and content has been a challenge that in 1959 achieved a certain homogenization with the creation of the National Commission for Free Textbooks, that established a starting point for the contents that students and teachers would address. Since then, before and now, in addition to teaching language and mathematics, health has been present as a capital point of interest in the different educational projects. This work presents the hegemonic discourse of health that from a biological, physiological, medical and prophylactic perspective has been included in primary education plans, programs and textbooks in Mexico for more than sixty years. |

Desde então, antes e agora, além do ensino de línguas e matemática, a saúde tem estado presente como ponto de interesse capital em diferentes projetos educacionais. Este trabalho apresenta o discurso hegemônico da saúde que desde uma perspectiva biológica, fisiológica, médica e profilática está incluído nos planos, programas e livros didáticos da educação primária no México há mais de sessenta anos.Au Mexique, la normalisation des plans, des programmes et des contenus éducatifs a été un défi qui a atteint une certaine homogénéisation en 1959 avec la création de la Commission nationale des manuels scolaires gratuits, qui a établi un point de départ pour le contenu que les étudiants et les enseignants allaient aborder. Depuis lors, avant et aujourd'hui, outre l'enseignement des langues et des mathématiques, la santé est présente comme un point d'intérêt capital dans différents projets éducatifs. Cet ouvrage présente le discours hégémonique sur la santé qui, d'un point de vue biologique, physiologique, médical et prophylactique, est inclus dans les plans, programmes et manuels de l'enseignement primaire au Mexique depuis plus de soixante ans.En México la estandarización de planes, programas y contenidos educativos ha sido un reto que en 1959 logró cierta homogenización gracias a la creación de la Comisión Nacional de Libros de Texto Gratuitos, que logró establecer un punto de partida para los contenidos que alumnos y maestros abordarían en el aula. Desde entonces, antes y ahora además de enseñar la lengua y las matemáticas, la salud se ha hecho presente como punto capital de interés de los diferentes proyectos educativos que con sus distintos fines y perspectivas ideológicas la han considerado.
