Resumo: The study that reports this article analyzed the influence movements that cross the evaluation-curricular practices of teachers who were active in the initial years of Elementary Education of a school in the public school system of the Brazilian Pernambuco State. The data show that national evaluation policies, school management / coordination, and conceptions of education, curriculum and teacher evaluation have been revealed in influential movements under the tessitura of curricular practices and organization, the design of an evaluation aimed at predetermined purposes, and the professional autonomy and crystallization of curricular and evaluative conceptions of teachers.

Los datos revelan que las políticas nacionales de evaluación, la gestión / coordinación escolar, y las concepciones de educación, currículo y evaluación de profesores, se han revelado en movimientos de influencia bajo la tesitura de las prácticas y organización curricular, el delineamiento de una evaluación orientada hacia fines predeterminados, y la autonomía profesional y cristalización de las concepciones curriculares y evaluativas de los docentes.L’étude rapportant cet article a analysé les mouvements d’influence qui traversent les pratiques d’évaluation-programme des enseignants actifs dans les premières années de l’enseignement élémentaire d’une école du système scolaire public de l’État de Pernambuco au Brésil. Les données montrent que les politiques influentes sous la tessiture des pratiques et de l’organisation curriculaires, la conception d’une évaluation ont révélé les politiques nationales en matière d’évaluation, la gestion / coordination des écoles et les conceptions de l’éducation, du curriculum et de l’évaluation des enseignants. visant des objectifs prédéterminés, ainsi que l’autonomie professionnelle et la cristallisation des conceptions curriculaires et évaluatives des enseignants.O estudo a que se reporta este artigo analisou os movimentos de influência que atravessam as práticas avaliativas-curriculares de professores atuantes nos anos iniciais do Ensino fundamental de uma escola da rede de ensino público do agreste pernambucano brasileiro.
