Distance Education and Open Educational Resources in the Dialogical Context: a Systematic Review

Resumo: The search for innovative and effective learning solutions is constant, which makes Distance Education and Open Educational Resources allies of teaching and learning in contemporary times. The present study seeks to identify whether the production of knowledge about OER in Portuguese presents notes on the dialogical aspects of such educational resources, such as the indicators: contextualization and problematization of practices, encouragement of student participation and autonomy, clear and concise language, dialogue textual, as well as theoretical basis. The conduct of this systematic literature review followed the PRISMA guidelines, statement of the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses, based on a comprehensive search on the Periodicals Portal of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel, with a time frame of 2018 to 2023. After searching for the keywords “Distance Education” AND “Open Educational Resource” and applying inclusion and exclusion criteria under the examination of two independent reviewers, nine studies were included for analysis. The findings provide a significant overview of the production of Open Educational Resources for Distance Education and show that only 11% of the publications included in the review state the presence of dialogic approaches within the scope of OER, which highlights the need for deeper investigation, encompassing its components, teaching intention, dialogic principles, technological mediation and training of content teachers.   Keywords: Distance education. Dialogical aspects.A busca por soluções de aprendizagem inovadoras e eficazes é constante, o que torna a Educação a Distância e os Recursos Educacionais Abertos aliados do ensino e da aprendizagem na contemporaneidade. O presente estudo busca identificar se a produção do conhecimento sobre REA em língua portuguesa apresenta apontamentos sobre os aspectos dialógicos de tais recursos educacionais, como os indicadores: contextualização e problematização das práticas, estímulo à participação e autonomia do aluno, linguagem clara e concisa, diálogo textual, bem como embasamento teórico. A condução desta revisão sistemática da literatura seguiu as diretrizes do PRISMA, declaração dos Principais Itens para Relatar Revisões Sistemáticas e Meta-análises, a partir de busca abrangente no Portal de Periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior, com recorte temporal de 2018 a 2023. Após busca das palavras-chave “Educação a Distância” AND “Recurso Educacional Aberto” e a aplicação de critérios de inclusão e exclusão sob o exame de dois revisores independentes, foram incluídos nove estudos para análise. Os achados fornecem um panorama significativo sobre a produção de Recursos Educacionais Abertos para Educação a Distância e mostram que apenas 11% das publicações incluídas na revisão pronunciam a presença de enfoques dialógicos no escopo do REA, o que evidencia a necessidade de investigação mais profunda, abarcando seus componentes, intenção de ensino, princípios dialógicos, mediação tecnológica e formação de professores conteudistas.   Palavras-chave: Educação a distância.
