Overview of Physical Education Classes in Brazil, During Social Distancing Measures

Resumo: This article analyzed how Physical Education classes were developed during Remote Teaching. The research took place from June 2020 to April 2021 and took place in the Brazilian territory. Physical Education teachers from the final years of Elementary School (6th to 9th grade) and High School from the state education network of the five regions of Brazil (Midwest, Northeast, North, Southeast and South) participated in it. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that sought to investigate the profile of Physical Education teachers, the development of classes, the resources used, the activities and the contents covered. The questionnaire was made available on Google Forms and was answered by 1004 teachers. It was found that most teachers, regardless of level of education, were able to teach classes remotely as planned, with theoretical and practical activities being carried out and the most used resource by them was WhatsApp/Social Networks. About the objects of knowledge, it can be inferred that the classes were related to sports, exercises, research, games and games. Thus, it was concluded that the teachers were able to continue the teaching activities. So, the same contents of face-to-face teaching migrated to the remote teaching model, with the adaptation only in the form of development of classes, which were previously predominant practices and in remote teaching they needed new tools. In this way, it is believed that the renewal possibilities were not used.   Keywords:Tics. Physical education. Remote teaching.

Remote teaching.Este artigo analisou como foram desenvolvidas as aulas de Educação Física durante o Ensino Remoto. A pesquisa ocorreu durante os meses de junho de 2020 a abril 2021 e teve como cenário de investigação o território brasileiro. Participaram da mesma, professores de Educação Física dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental (6° ao 9° ano) e Ensino Médio da rede estadual de ensino das cinco regiões do Brasil (centro-oeste, nordeste, norte, sudeste e sul). A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de um questionário que buscou investigar o perfil dos professores de Educação Física, o desenvolvimento das aulas, os recursos utilizados, as atividades e os conteúdos abordados. O questionário foi disponibilizado no Google Forms e foi respondido por 1004 professores. Constatou-se que, a maioria dos professores, independentemente do nível de ensino, conseguiu ministrar as aulas remotamente conforme o planejado, sendo realizadas atividades teóricas e práticas e o recurso mais utilizado por eles foi o WhatsApp/Redes Sociais. Sobre o os objetos de conhecimento, pode-se inferir que as aulas foram relacionadas aos esportes, exercícios, pesquisas jogos e brincadeiras. Assim, conclui-se que os professores conseguiram dar seguimento às atividades letivas. De modo que, os mesmos conteúdos do ensino presencial migraram para o modelo de ensino remoto, ocorrendo a adequação apenas da forma de desenvolvimento das aulas, que antes eram predominantes práticas e no ensino remoto precisaram de novas ferramentas. Desta maneira, acredita-se que as possibilidades de renovação não foram utilizadas.   Palavras-chave: Tics. Educação física.
