Creative Teacher: a Workshop for the Dissemination of Digital Technologies to Assist the Teaching-Learning Process

Resumo: This article aims to report the experience of the Creative Professor workshop offered in the Moodle platform of the Pro-Rectory of Extension of the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro, for teachers and pre-service teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The workshop presented possibilities for building didactic materials using digital tools that can assist and enrich the teaching-learning process. This work also reports the perceptions of cursists about the workshop, the contributions it brought to the participants and also seeks to share the challenges and limitations that current and future teachers have been facing with regard to the use of digital technologies. For this, data were collected from the Moodle forums, forms and the work made by the cursists, using the content analysis method. The results demonstrate that most of the cursists have limitations to use digital technological resources. The participants also highlighted the need for these resources to be contemplated in the initial teacher's education.The motivations that led them to participate in the workshop are those of professional improvement and performance in the context of remote teaching. The participants had their expectations achieved and believe that learning will help in remote as well as in-person teaching. The works and the speeches of the cursists  demonstrate the success of the workshop. Finally, the importance and the existing demand for workshops like this one to promote the continuing education of teachers is evidenced, especially now, in the face of this great challenge, during the Covid-19 pandemic. Digital technologies.  O presente artigo tem como objetivo relatar a experiência da oficina Professor Criativo, oferecida na plataforma Moodle da Pró-Reitoria de Extensão da Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro, para professores e licenciandos durante a pandemia de Covid-19. A oficina apresentou algumas possibilidades de construção de materiais didáticos utilizando ferramentas digitais que podem auxiliar e enriquecer o processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Esse trabalho relata também as percepções dos cursistas sobre a oficina, as contribuições que ela trouxe aos participantes e busca também compartilhar os desafios e limitações que os atuais e futuros professores vêm enfrentando no que diz respeito ao uso das tecnologias digitais. Para isso, foram coletados dados dos fóruns do Moodle, dos formulários e dos trabalhos realizados pelos cursistas, utilizando o método de análise de conteúdo. Os resultados demonstram que a maior parte dos cursistas possuem limitações para usar os recursos tecnológicos digitais.  Os participantes também destacaram a necessidade desses recursos estarem contemplados na formação inicial do professor. As motivações que os levaram a participar da oficina são as de aperfeiçoamento profissional e atuação no contexto do ensino remoto. Os cursistas tiveram suas expectativas alcançadas e acreditam que os aprendizados irão auxiliar no ensino remoto como também no presencial. Os trabalhos e as falas dos cursistas demonstram o êxito da oficina.  Por fim, evidencia-se a importância e a demanda existente por oficinas como esta para promover a formação continuada dos professores, especialmente agora, frente a esse grande desafio, durante a pandemia do Covid-19.
