The reform of high school in the state of Paraná: : from the statements of Law 13.415/17 to state regulation

Resumo: The article deals with the regulation of the curricular bases in which the so-called New High School will be offered in the state education network of Paraná. For this purpose, it considers what is provided for in Law 13.415/17 for this process. The research was supported by bibliographic, documentary and field sources and aimed to analyze both the process and the products of this regulation. The information collected was analyzed through three investigative axes: curriculum and curriculum policies; teaching work; formative project and High School youth(s). The conclusions point to a process of production of a curricular policy marked by the absence of participation, by the production of a curricular base of economistic hue, by indications of a process of intensification and disqualification of teaching and by the implementation of a training project that induces to a greater segmentation in the Brazilian school system.

Para ello, se considera lo previsto en la Ley 13.415/17 para este proceso. La investigación se apoyó en fuentes bibliográficas, documentales y de campo y tuvo como objetivo analizar tanto el proceso como los productos de esta normativa. Las informaciones recolectadas fueron analizadas a través de tres ejes investigativos: currículo y políticas curriculares; trabajo docente; proyecto de formación y juventud(es) de la educación secundaria. Las conclusiones apuntan a un proceso de producción de una política curricular marcada por la ausencia de participación, a la producción de una base curricular de matiz economicista, a indicios de un proceso de intensificación y descalificación de la docencia y a la realización de un proyecto formativo que induce la mayor segmentación en el sistema educativo brasileño.O artigo trata da regulamentação das bases curriculares do chamado Novo Ensino Médio na rede estadual de ensino do Paraná, considerando-se o que está previsto na Lei 13.415/17. A pesquisa se apoiou em fontes bibliográficas, documentais e de campo para analisar o processo e os produtos dessa regulamentação, por meio de três eixos investigativos: currículo e políticas curriculares; trabalho docente; projeto formativo e juventude(s) do ensino médio.
