Perspectives and challenges in the High School Reform - Law 13.415/2017: problematizations from the preparatory stages for the National Popular Summit of Education (CONAPE-2022)

Resumo: | This article analyzes the implementation of the High School Reform, Law n. 13,415/2017, its effects and resistances. The research took the Foucaultian concept of Governmentality and the Base Document for the National Popular Conference on Education (2022). The archeology was assumed as methodology with a documental research design and the observation as technique. The analysis evidenced that the implementation of new devices for the last stage of High School, led the state of South Mato Grosso (MS) establish the Law n. 4.973/2016, creating the Program Escola da Autoria, as response from the Program for Fostering Full-Time Schools and to the alteration of curricula of Secondary Education. It is concluded that new net of relations of powers and knowledges emerged from the proposition of new practices, related to the student/author model of learning as well as their Life Project, being the Escola de Autoria one of them. |

La arqueología es la metodología, con diseño de investigación documental y la observación como técnica. El análisis evidenció que la implementación de nuevos dispositivos para la última etapa de Educación Básica llevó al Estado de Mato Grosso del Sur (MS) a publicar la Ley n. 4.973/2016, creadora del Programa Escola da Autoria, que responde al Programa de Fomento a las Escuelas de Tiempo Completo y a la alteración de currículos de Educación Media. Se concluye que las nuevas redes de relaciones de poderes y saberes surgieron como proposición de nuevas prácticas, relacionadas al modelo estudiante/autor de aprendizaje y su proyecto de vida, siendo la Escola de Autoria una de ellas.Este artigo analisa a implementação da Reforma do Ensino Médio, Lei n. 13.415/2017, seus efeitos e resistências. A investigação fundamenta-se no conceito foucaultiano de Governamentalidade e no Documento para a Conferência Nacional Popular de Educação (2022). A metodologia assumida é a arqueologia, com desenho de pesquisa documental e observação como técnica. A análise evidenciou que a implantação de novos dispositivos para última etapa da Educação Básica levou o Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul (MS) a publicar a Lei n. 4.973/2016, criando o Programa Escola da Autoria, que responde ao Programa de Fomento às Escolas em Tempo Integral e à alteração de currículos do Ensino Médio.
