THE QUALIFICATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL IN THE STATE NETWORK OF MATO GROSSO

Resumo: This article aims to analyze how qualification can reflect on the educational work developed by the educational administrative support professional. Based on a research conducted on the qualification policy for these professionals in the state network of Mato Grosso, between 1998 and 2013, we seek to demonstrate that qualification strengthens the professionalism and educational work developed by the educational administrative support professional, considering their role in the democratic spaces of the school. This study is the result of bibliographical research combined with document analysis and empirical research, and it is based on the theoretical frameworks of  Manacorda (2010, 2012), Minayo (1994), Monlevade (2009), Saviani (2005, 2012) and Andrade (2017). The article points to the need for a higher education qualification policy for the educational administrative support professional, as well as the need for specific formation that resonates with the demands of public schools, and the importance of the role of the educational administrative support professional in the places of power in public schools in the face of the Democratic Management Law No. 7.040/1998.

A partir de investigación desarrollada sobre la política de formación de estos profesionales en la red provincial de Mato Grosso, en el período de 1998 a 2013, buscamos evidenciar que la formación fortalece la profesionalidad y el trabajo educativo desarrollado por el profesional de AAE, considerando la actuación en los espacios democráticos de la escuela. Este estudio es fruto de investigación bibliográfica articulada al análisis documental e investigación empírica, tiene como referencial teórico Manacorda (2010, 2012), Minayo (1994), Monlevade (2009), Saviani (2005, 2012) y Andrade (2017). El artículo señala la necesidad de política de formación en la educación superior para el profesional de Apoyo Administrativo Educacional, bien como la necesidad de una formación específica que resuene las exigencias de la escuela pública; y para la importancia de la actuación del profesional de Apoyo Administrativo Educacional en los espacios de poder de la escuela pública frente a la Ley de Gestión Democrática nº 7.040/1998.Este artigo analisa os reflexos da formação no trabalho educativo de profissionais de apoio administrativo educacional, a partir de pesquisa sobre a política de formação desses/as profissionais na rede estadual de Mato Grosso, entre 1998 e 2013, apontando para a necessidade dessas políticas de formação na educação superior, específica, que tenham ressonância nas demandas da escola pública; isso fortalece a profissionalidade e o trabalho educativo do/da profissional de Apoio Administrativo Educacional – AAE nos espaços democráticos da escola. Destaca-se a importância de sua atuação nos espaços de poder da escola pública, diante da Lei de Gestão Democrática nº 7.040/1998. A pesquisa bibliográfica, articulada à análise documental, tem referencial teórico de Mario Manacorda (2010; 2012), Maria Cecília Minayo (1994), João Antonio C. de Monlevade (2009), Dermeval Saviani (2005, 2012) e Guelda C.
