Porto Alegre, RS, Brasil.The synthesis and in vitro activity of R(þ)-Limonene derivatives against Leishmania and Trypanosoma cruzi strains are reported. Seven compounds have shown better in vitro activity against Leishmania (V.)braziliensis than the standard drug pentamidine.
