Resumo: The theme discussed in the final paper of the course in Criminal Law, the special object on the Security Measure, concern with the dignity of the human person, verification of institutes of criminal sanctions and application of security measure, its scope and sections between the differences. between initial legislation and decisions of higher courts which do not refer to the maximum duration of the measure. Evaluation of case studies and lack of updating of legislation, provoking or judicial the judicialization process, also verifying the possibility of legal uncertainty due to decisions and differences between them and the application of carefree with due interruption of hazardousness.
