Epistemological obstacle from (l)ibrary to (l)ibrary: reflection of becoming with the contribution of information mediation

Resumo: | It presents the political representation of the active library in a narrative of the coming-to-be in the sense of amplifying the voices of isolated, vulnerable and forgotten groups to resonate in the cultural actions of the Library, converging directly in a praxiological theoretical perception in the sense of reconceptualization of (l)ibrary to (L)ibrary. In this way, the objective of the article is to discuss the epistemological problem in the study of the library, having repercussions on an emancipatory approach. This implies the reception of information, that is, the mediation of information that implies not only a result, but a reconstruction of looking at the first things, inserting theoretical abstraction in the sense that it is in it that praxis will be distorted, not in a perception of an immediate mediation, but a reconstructive action in process. The methodology is based on the development of theoretical research, adopts as a method of bibliographic research that, in the strictest sense, aims to build a reflection on the mediation of information, in view of the propositions the perceptions of meaning between (l)ibrary to (L)ibrary. The results describe the perceptions of meaning between (l)ibrary and (L)ibrary for the construction of a reflection on the mediation of information, from the point of view of analyzing epistemological problems in the study and action of the librarian in which is more inclined to be understood as an "ideal type" tool, of the reality that is configured, then, as a methodological perspective that considers the emancipatory collective action, in which there is the autonomy of the subjects that contribute to the informational understanding of social phenomena in library and everyday information practices associated with the identification of information needs. Finally, it points to the redistribution of spaces p of scientific production, building a metanormative research project, where it reviews the possibilities of a political critique that articulates epistemological, ethical and political issues. |

De esta forma, el objetivo del artículo es discutir el problema epistemológico en el estudio de la biblioteca, repercutiendo en un enfoque emancipador. Esto implica la recepción de la información, es decir, la mediación de la información que implica no sólo un resultado, sino una reconstrucción de la mirada a las primeras cosas, insertando la abstracción teórica en el sentido de que es en ella donde se distorsionará la praxis, no en una percepción de una mediación inmediata, pero una acción reconstructiva en proceso. La metodología se basa en el desarrollo de la investigación teórica, adopta como método de investigación bibliográfica que, en sentido estricto, tiene como objetivo construir una reflexión sobre la mediación de la información, en vista de las proposiciones las percepciones de significado entre (b)iblioteca a (B)iblioteca Los resultados describen las percepciones de significado entre (b)iblioteca y (B)biblioteca para la construcción de una reflexión sobre la mediación de la información, desde el punto de vista del análisis de problemas epistemológicos en el estudio y la acción del bibliotecario en el que se inclina más a ser entendido como una herramienta de "tipo ideal", de la realidad que se configura, entonces, como una perspectiva metodológica que considera la acción colectiva emancipadora, en la que está la autonomía de los sujetos que contribuyen a la comprensión informacional de los fenómenos sociales en la biblioteca y las prácticas cotidianas de información asociadas a la identificación de las necesidades de información Finalmente, apunta a la redistribución de los espacios p de la producción científica, construyendo un proyecto de investigación metanormativo, donde revisa las posibilidades de una crítica política que articule cuestiones epistemológicas, éticas y políticas.Propõe a representação política da biblioteca ativa em uma narrativa do vir-a-ser no sentido de amplificar as vozes de grupos isolados, vulneráveis e esquecidos de ressoarem nas ações culturais da Biblioteca, confluindo diretamente em uma percepção teórica praxiológica em sentido de reconceituação de (b)iblioteca a (B)iblioteca. Dessa forma, o objetivo é discutir o problema epistemológico no estudo da biblioteca, tendo repercussões em uma abordagem emancipatória. Isto, implica nas recepções da informação, isto é, à mediação da informação que implica não apenas um resultado, mas uma reconstrução de olhar as coisas primeiras, inserir a abstração teórica no sentido de que é nela que se desvirtua a práxis, não numa percepção de uma mediação imediata, mas uma ação reconstrutiva em processo. A metodologia baseia-se no desenvolvimento da pesquisa teórica, adota como método a pesquisa bibliográfica que, no sentido mais estrito, visa construir uma reflexão sobre a mediação da informação, tendo em vista as proposições as percepções de significado entre (b)iblioteca a (B)iblioteca. Os resultados descrevem as percepções de sentido entre (b)iblioteca a (B)iblioteca para a construção de uma reflexão sobre a mediação da informação, do ponto de vista de analisar problemas epistemológicos no estudo e ação do bibliotecário em que se inclina mais para ser entendido como uma ferramenta de "tipo ideal", da realidade que se configura, então, como uma perspectiva metodológica que considera a ação coletiva emancipatória, em que há a autonomia dos sujeitos que contribuem para a compreensão informacional dos fenômenos sociais em biblioteca e práticas cotidianas associadas à identificação de necessidades de informação.
