Percepções e reflexões acerca do estágio supervisionado na Educação Infantil: um olhar sobre as concepções e práticas educativas dos educadores

Este trabalho tem, como objetivo, refletir sobre algumas concepções e práticas adotadas pelos educadores a partir das observações realizadas durante o Estágio Supervisionado na Educação Infantil em uma Instituição de Educação Infantil filantrópica, localizada na cidade de Londrina-PR. A etapa inicial deste trabalho teve como pressuposto realizar um resgate histórico da concepção de Educação Infantil e abordar a importância do Estagio para a formação docente. Posteriormente, por meio das observações, procurou-se apreender e analisar as concepções e práticas pedagógicas adotadas pelas educadoras, a fim repensar criticamente a realidade existente, fortalecendo, assim, a relação teoria e prática. Na etapa seguinte, foram tecidas algumas considerações acerca do projeto de intervenção que teve como pressuposto desenvolver ações pedagógicas de forma lúdica e criativa, a fim de promover a apropriação da experiência humana criada e acumulada ao longo da história. A experiência vivenciada no decorrer do Estágio foi de suma importância para o aprendizado e a reflexão acerca os desafios, possibilidades e dificuldades que a profissão de educador oferece. Apesar das conquistas visando a melhoria do atendimento das crianças nas instituições de educação infantil, percebeu-se que ainda temos um longo período a percorrer, a fim de oferecer às crianças um atendimento de qualidade e humanizado. Prática educativa. Perceptions and  reflections on supervised trainneeship in pré-schooleducation: a view of the educational concepts and practices of teachers This paper aims to reflect on certain concepts and practices adopted by teachers from observations made during the Supervised Traineeship in Pre-school education in a philanthropic Pre-school Educational Institution located in the city of Londrina, in the state of Paraná. The initial phase of this study was based on the assumption to conduct a historical review of the Pre-school Education e concept and address the importance of the Traineeship for teacher training. Later, through observations, we tried to grasp and analyze the pedagogical concepts and practices adopted by teachers in order to critically rethink the existing reality, thus strengthening the relationship between theory and practice. During the following stage, a few considerations were made regarding the intervention project that had the purpose of developing pedagogical actions in a fun a creative manner, in order to promote the ownership of the human experience created and accumulated throughout history. The experience lived during the Traineeship was of utmost importance for the learning process and the reflection on the challenges, possibilities and difficulties that the teaching profession offers. Despite the achievements aiming at the improvement of childcare in the pre-school institutions, we realized that we still have a long way to go in terms of offering quality and humane childcare.
