Given the significant impact that companies are having on the global economy, alternatives have been sought to regulate actions that are directly affecting human rights. These incidents have created growing uncertainty about how to regulate businees activities to mitigate human rights violations, such as labor explotation and environmental damage. In response to this situation, the Ruggie Principles emerge with the aim of ensuring respect for human rights in their business operation, whether directly on indirectly. In the absence of regulations for business management, specific pacts and agreements are established. Likewise, the technological sector was also expected to comply with the Guiding Principles and beyond, the excessive use of cyber weapons causes uncertainty due to having no restrictions, and there is also no global normative framework for regulating these weapons.
