In the complex environment of contemporaneity has been the education. The structuring systems of social organization are hampered in the pursuit of values ​​based on social justice and democracy. Attention to diversity to address human rights perspectives is imperative in the present context. The purpose of this article is to develop a reflection about school as a space-time where diversity needs to bring human rights. The research conducted set up a bibliographic systematization. The organization of the article is carried out in three sections: a characterization of the school's role in contemporary times; diversity for dialogue with equality as an expression of identity; to the final text sought to focus on human rights education in contract with the school curricula to deal with diversity.
