Resumo: The present work deals with the fundamental right to intimacy and awareness of those who are diverted from the post-digital context of the 21st century, seeking to see that technological advances influence the social and the interface of Internet users with their own privacy. In particular, investigate the concrete problems and processes for the progress of democracy in the digital age, the investigation of concrete problems and the historical for the full development of democracy, calories no longer meet the new socio-legal reality
