Resumo: The present paper aims to understand the practices and the production of knowledge by black women andmen intellectuals who are in the Núcleos de Estudos Afro-Brasileiros. Interviews were carried out with eightblack men and women intellectuals linked to federal institutions of higher education in the southeast region ofBrazil. The analysis of two productions from each participant was also performed. The results of the researchpoint to practices of antiracism struggle and theoretical productions protagonist in remembering both blackpeople and black collectivities.

Fueron realizadas entrevistascon ocho intelectuales negras(os) vinculadas(os) a instituciones federales de educación superior en la regiónsudeste y análisis de dos producciones teóricas de cada uno de los sujetos participantes. Los resultados dela investigación apuntan hacia prácticas de luchas antirracistas y producciones teóricas protagonistas en larememoración de sujetos y colectividades negras.O presente artigo objetiva compreender as práticas e a produção de conhecimento de intelectuais negras enegros partícipes de Núcleos de Estudos Afro-Brasileiros. Foram realizadas entrevistas com oito intelectuaisnegras(os) vinculadas(os) a instituições federais de ensino superior na região Sudeste e análise de duasproduções teóricas de cada um dos sujeitos partícipes.
