The potentiality of a community as a source of creativity in its broadest sense issomething that has been widely discussed in the literature (pedagogical psychological,sociological, etc.). Research based on these sciences, made from a multidisciplinaryapproach to the study of the community and development of creativity have now provenresults that are valuable reference for creativity research in community and corporateenvironment in general. This article is part of the theme of creativity management inCommunity Education. It reveals the results of the experiment carried out in the Havanacommunity of People's Council No. 5, in the city of Marianao, Cuba, from 2011 to 2013.The main objective is to propose an alternative methodology to encourage creativemanagement community through educational and cultural projects. The research methoduses the Participatory Action Research (PAR), with the application of differenttechniques for stimulating creativity, all of which allowed the simultaneous developmentand application of a methodology that was successful to manage the collective creativityin that district. The proposed methodology as a result of the investigation is likely to betransferred to other community spaces.
