Resumo: | The potentiality of a community as a source of creativity in its broadest sense issomething that has been widely discussed in the literature (pedagogical psychological,sociological, etc.). Research based on these sciences, made from a multidisciplinaryapproach to the study of the community and development of creativity have now provenresults that are valuable reference for creativity research in community and corporateenvironment in general. This article is part of the theme of creativity management inCommunity Education. It reveals the results of the experiment carried out in the Havanacommunity of People's Council No. 5, in the city of Marianao, Cuba, from 2011 to 2013.The main objective is to propose an alternative methodology to encourage creativemanagement community through educational and cultural projects. The research methoduses the Participatory Action Research (PAR), with the application of differenttechniques for stimulating creativity, all of which allowed the simultaneous developmentand application of a methodology that was successful to manage the collective creativityin that district. The proposed methodology as a result of the investigation is likely to betransferred to other community spaces. |

Las investigaciones basadas en estas ciencias, realizadas desde un enfoque multidisciplinar para el estudio de la comunidad y desarrollo de la creatividad, presentan en la actualidad fehacientes resultados que constituyen valiosos referentes para la investigación de la creatividad en el ámbito comunitario y societario en general. El artículo que se presenta se enmarca en el tema de la gestión de la creatividad en el ámbito educativo comunitario, revelalos resultados de la experiencia realizada en la comunidad habanera del Consejo Popular No. 5, del municipio Marianao, en Cuba, en período del 2011 al 2013. Su objetivo principal consiste en proponer una alternativa metodológica para fomentar la gestión creativa a través de los proyectos educativos y culturales comunitarios. El método de investigación utilizado es la Investigación-Acción Participativa (IAP), con la aplicación de diferentes técnicas de estimulación dela creatividad, todo lo cual permitió la elaboración y aplicación simultánea de uma metodologíaque resultó exitosa para administrar ogestionarla creatividad colectiva enestebarrio capitalino. La metodología propuesta como resultado de la investigación essusceptible de ser transferida a otros espacios comunitarios. También semuestra elimpacto que puede tener unsistema de tareas o actividadescreativas en el marco de unaestrategia educativa para gestiónde la creatividaden la comunidad.
