Creativity and development of the creative thought in the studies of Torrance, Ostower and Majmutov

Resumo: The present article refers to a exploratory study of bibliographical revision that had as objective identifies different meanings about the concepts of creativity and creative processes, including the thought of some authors that stand out in that study area, especially Ellis Paul Torrance (1976), Fayga Ostower (2013) e M. I. Majmutov (1983). Among mentioned them approaches found some similarities and other differences, tends in view the position and the study area of each one of them. Torrance, for example, approach the creativity of the point of view of the instruments, of the measures, of the tests and of the evaluations. Both emphasize relative aspects to the potentiating or inhibition in the individuals. The approach of Ostower looking for to identify the relationship among the creativity concept and the creative processes with the individual's experience life. Majmutov presents the creativity about the highest point of the individual's cognitive development, detaching the process of problematizer teaching as a primordial factor in the development of that thought level.

Entre los citados enfoques encontramos algunas similitudes y otras diferencias, teniendo en cuenta la posición y el área de estudio de cada uno de ellos. Los estudios de Torrance abordan la creatividad desde el punto de vista de los instrumentos, las medidas, las pruebas y las evaluaciones, enfatizando, aspectos relativos a las características y la potenciación del pensamiento creativo en los individuos. El enfoque de Ostower busca identificar la relación entre los conceptos de creatividad y procesos creativos en su relación con la experiencia vital de los individuos. Los estudios de Majmutov presentan la creatividad como el punto más alto del desarrollo cognitivo del individuo, destacando el proceso de enseñanza problematizador como un factor primordial en el desarrollo de ese tipo de pensamiento.O presente artigo refere-se a um estudo exploratório de revisão bibliográfica que teve como objetivo identificar diferentes acepções sobre os conceitos de criatividade e pensamento criativo, englobando o pensamento de alguns autores que se destacam nessa área de estudo, nomeadamente Ellis Paul Torrance (1976), Fayga Ostower (2013) e M. I. Majmutov (1983). Dentre as citadas abordagens encontramos algumas similaridades e outras diferenças, tendo em vista a posição e a área de estudo de cada um deles. Os estudos de Torrance abordam a criatividade do ponto de vista dos instrumentos, das medidas, dos testes e das avaliações, enfatizando, aspectos relativos às características e à potencialização do pensamento criativo nos indivíduos. A abordagem de Ostower busca identificar a relação entre os conceitos de criatividade e processos criativos em sua relação com a experiência vital dos indivíduos.
