Resumo: The law can not continue to generate their traditional methods of construction and application to rule new times in the inter subjectivity shown in a language of polysemic world. An understanding of these phenomena in contemporary society creates a legitimate right as a task that requires a plural and non-neutral experience. The Modern paradigm neeeds to open new spaces and look for the imperfections of human characteristics in post-modernity times. Key words: Life. Semiology. Legal Policy.

Compreender os fenômenos presentes na Sociedade contemporânea a fim de se criar um Direito legítimo é tarefa que exige uma vivência plural e não isolada e neutra.
