RESTAURATIVE PRACTICES: : peace building circles with and for the school community to address violence.

Resumo: Violence is a complex social phenomenon with multiple causalities. In this research we aimed to analyze to what extent the intervention project "Restorative Practices at School" contributed to reflection and planning of Peacebuilding Circles at school. This is an action research, based on semi-structured questionnaire, focus group and workshops. In the diagnostic stage, 09 managers and 73 teachers from schools of the education network in the city of Aliança-PE provided us with indications about the violence present in the school. We verified a lack of knowledge about restorative practices, outsourcing of responsibility in dealing with violence and punitive actions in the resolution: suspension, transfers, punishment. From this, the focus group, composed of 08 members, participated in workshops, in which they reflected on Restorative Practices and collectively built Peace Building Circles. With this, the research participants were sensitized to develop actions that contribute to the development of the organizational climate of the school, through restorative practices, casting new eyes on situations of violence present in school. Thus, the Peacebuilding Circles aggregate principles and daily practices that promote dialogue, strengthen the feeling of belonging, empathic capacity and construction of a safe environment, inclusive and of experience of educational processes.

En esta investigación nos propusimos analizar en qué medida el proyecto de intervención "Prácticas Restaurativas en la Escuela" contribuyó a la reflexión y planificación de los Círculos de Construcción de la Paz en la escuela. Se trata de una investigación de acción, basada en un cuestionario semiestructurado, un grupo de discusión y talleres. En la etapa de diagnóstico, 09 directores y 73 profesores de escuelas de la red educativa de la ciudad de Aliança-PE nos proporcionaron indicaciones sobre la violencia presente en la escuela. Comprobamos el desconocimiento de las prácticas restaurativas, la externalización de la responsabilidad en el tratamiento de la violencia y las acciones punitivas en la resolución: suspensión, traslados, castigos. A partir de esto, el grupo focal, compuesto por 08 miembros, participó en talleres, en los que reflexionaron sobre las Prácticas Restaurativas y construyeron colectivamente Círculos de Construcción de Paz. Con esto, los participantes de la investigación fueron sensibilizados para desarrollar acciones que contribuyan al desarrollo del clima organizacional de la escuela, a través de prácticas restaurativas, arrojando nuevas miradas sobre las situaciones de violencia presentes en la escuela. Así, los Círculos de Construcción de Paz agregan principios y prácticas cotidianas que promueven el diálogo, fortalecen el sentimiento de pertenencia, la capacidad empática y la construcción de un ambiente seguro, inclusivo y de vivencia de los procesos educativos.La violence est un phénomène social complexe dont les causes sont multiples. Dans cette recherche, nous avons voulu analyser dans quelle mesure le projet d'intervention "Pratiques restauratrices à l'école" a contribué à la réflexion et à la planification des cercles de construction de la paix à l'école. Il s'agit d'une recherche-action, basée sur un questionnaire semi-structuré, un groupe de discussion et des ateliers. Dans la phase de diagnostic, 09 directeurs et 73 enseignants des écoles du réseau éducatif de la ville d'Aliança-PE nous ont fourni des indications sur la violence présente dans l'école. Nous avons vérifié le manque de connaissance des pratiques de réparation, l'externalisation de la responsabilité dans le traitement de la violence et les actions punitives dans la résolution : suspension, transferts, punitions. À partir de là, le groupe de discussion, composé de 08 membres, a participé à des ateliers, au cours desquels ils ont réfléchi aux pratiques réparatrices et construit collectivement des cercles de construction de la paix. Ainsi, les participants à la recherche ont été sensibilisés à développer des actions qui contribuent au développement du climat organisationnel de l'école, par le biais de pratiques réparatrices, en jetant un regard nouveau sur les situations de violence présentes à l'école. Ainsi, les cercles de construction de la paix regroupent des principes et des pratiques quotidiennes qui favorisent le dialogue, renforcent le sentiment d'appartenance, la capacité d'empathie et la construction d'un environnement sûr, inclusif et d'expérience  éducatives.A violência é um fenômeno social complexo e de múltiplas causalidades. Nesta pesquisa, objetivamos analisar em que medida o projeto de intervenção “Práticas Restaurativas na Escola” contribuiu para reflexão e planejamento de Círculos de Construção de Paz na escola. Trata-se de uma pesquisa-ação, a partir de questionário semiestruturado, grupo focal e oficinas. Na etapa diagnóstica, 09 gestores e 73 professores de escolas da rede de ensino da cidade de Aliança-PE nos forneceram indicações sobre as violências presentes na escola. Verificamos desconhecimento sobre práticas restaurativas, terceirização da responsabilidade no enfrentamento da violência e ações punitivistas na resolutividade: suspensão, transferências, punição. A partir disso, o grupo focal, composto por 08 integrantes, participou de oficinas sobre Práticas Restaurativas e construiu coletivamente Círculos de Construção de Paz. Com isso, os participantes da pesquisa foram sensibilizados a desenvolver ações que contribuíssem para o desenvolvimento do clima organizacional da escola, através das práticas restaurativas, lançando novos olhares sobre as situações de violência presentes na escola.
