Resumo: This research aims to compose an analytical process that involves the concept of ESD and finds representation with UNESCO and the document referring to the Decade for Sustainable Development (2005-2014), in this context we believe that ESD is associated with the concept of real science (DELEUZE, GUATTARI, 2012). The debate that is headed here considers as an element of analysis the literary text "Leônia" present in the book Ciudades Invisibles by Ítalo Calvino, whose inhabitants live harassed by the debris of the past. The research is based on the studies of Michel Foucault (2015) from the problematization and has the support of the Group of Studies of Education, Culture, Environment and Philosophy (GEECAF) of the FURG. Our interest is to identify elements of real science focused on certainty and on the norm that unfolds in the curricular field, on the other hand, we bet on Environmental Education as a power to create and inhabit the ruins of our time and compose other possible environments educations.
