Elaboration of training projects using the project based learning methodology

Resumo: Training processes consistent with the real teacher’s needs have become a requirement in the institutions responsible for the Continuing Education of these professionals. In this study, we began with the need for eight teachers who act as coordinators of Training Projects for Teachers of Education Technology Management (GTE) of the Municipal Education Secretary (SEMED), with the aim of developing training projects through the methodology of Project based Learning (PBL), using the training workshop as a strategy, in view of the need to solve real and authentic problems related to the Continuing Training of those teachers.  The workshop was held three alternate days, with a workload of 24 (twenty-four) hours, from the implementation of 6 (six) teaching-learning scripts with a workload of 04 (four) hours each. At the endo f the workshop, we obtained a training plan, called “Training Projects for Trainers”, with the proposal of 05 (five) projects with the themes  that focus on the participants’ needs, namely: 1) Socio-emotional skills of the teacher’s trainer; 2) Management, leadership and group dynamics in the formation of the teachers’ trainer; 3) Self-training and time management: the teachers’ trainer and his constitution in the reflective dimension; 4) Technical development of diagnostic and evaluative instruments; and 5) Active methodologies: trends and innovations in teaching. The results showed the effectiveness of the PBL methodology for the development of training projects, considering the resolution of real and authentic problems related to the continuing education of teachers.

Neste estudo, partimos da necessidade de 08 (oito) professores que atuam como Coordenadores de Projetos Formativos de Professores da Gerência de Tecnologia Educacional (GTE) da Secretaria Municipal de Educação (SEMED), com o objetivo de elaborar projetos formativos por meio da metodologia da Aprendizagem Baseada em Projetos (ABP), utilizando como estratégia uma oficina formativa, em vista da necessidade de resolução de problemas reais e autênticos relativos à formação continuada daqueles professores.  A oficina foi realizada em 03 (três) dias alternados, com carga horária de 24 (vinte e quatro) horas, a partir da implementação de 06 (seis) roteiros de ensino-aprendizagem, com carga horária de 04 (quatro) horas cada.  Ao final da oficina, obtivemos um plano formativo, denominado “Projetos de Formação de Formadores”, com a proposta de 05 (cinco) projetos com temáticas que focam nas necessidades dos participantes, a saber: 1) Habilidades socioemocionais do professor formador; 2) Gestão, liderança e dinâmica de grupo na formação do professor formador; 3) Autoformação e gestão de tempo: o professor formador e sua constituição na dimensão reflexiva; 4) Elaboração técnica de instrumentos diagnósticos e avaliativos; e 5) Metodologias ativas: tendências e inovações no ensino.
