Resumo: This work proposes the development of the game "What is it, what is it?", A series of charades about eating and healthy habits. The motivation for research is due to the high rates of childhood obesity and infantile-juvenile diseases as a consequence of poor diet. Thus, the objective was to stimulate the adoption of healthy eating habits through play. The problem is the analysis of the use of this pedagogical resource as a complementary tool for the teaching of food and health content in the classroom. For this analysis, a case study with a qualitative approach was used as methodology. The study site was a municipal elementary school with 4th year students from the city of Nova Venécia, in the northwestern region of the state of Espírito Santo. Based on the results obtained, it was noticed that the game provides provision for the adoption of healthier habits. It is considered that this game contributes as a support for the learning, being a useful tool for the intensification of the content food and health.
