Resumo: Entrepreneurship and Education are discussed, referring to the teacher who daily expends efforts to prepare citizens to face and respond to the demands required by the world of work. We sought to know the positions of teachers regarding the importance of Entrepreneurship as a strategy for teacher training. Exploratory research and the questionnaire technique were used, applied to professors from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Acre (IFAC), who work at the Rio Branco Campus. The first session was discussed on teacher training, bringing to light the unfolding of the theme. In the second session, it was about Entrepreneurship and its applicability in the educational context, especially in the training of teachers. It was concluded that it is extremely important to use Entrepreneurship as a strategy to face the changes that occur in the educational scenario, since the educational process can help to awaken and develop this entrepreneurial profile in people.

Procurou-se conhecer posicionamentos de docentes a respeito da importância do Empreendedorismo como estratégia para a formação de professores. Utilizou-se a pesquisa exploratória e a técnica de questionário, aplicado a docentes do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Acre (IFAC), que atuam no Campus Rio Branco. Discorreu-se na primeira sessão sobre formação de professores, trazendo à tona os desdobramentos do tema. Na segunda sessão, tratou-se sobre o Empreendedorismo e sua aplicabilidade no contexto educacional, sobretudo, na formação de professores.
