TEACHER EDUCATION FOR PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION: : the pedagogical project under analysis

Resumo: This article is the result of a master’s thesis, carried out in the Graduate Program in Education, at the University of Uberaba, which aimed to understand teacher training for Professional and Technological Education (EPT), based on the specific legislation that permeate its development, contained in the Law of Directives and Bases of Education (LDB) and in the Ministry of Education and Culture (MEC). I aimed to reflect on teaching in Professional and Technological Education and analyse the Pedagogical Project of a course for teacher training at the Triângulo Mineiro Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology (IFTM). Is a documentary research of the relevant law and the pedagogical and bibliographic project of the authors of THC, to elucidate the context and the researched object. The pedagogical project of the IFTM course denotes the theoretical-practical development beyond the development of specific-Pedagogy for EPT. The Historical-Cultural Theory (THC) and the Activity Theory, Considering the man as a social being who learns from his relational Environment, in which he develops, acts and influences his peers, cam be a support for the still complex teacher education in the 21st century. There are nuances of the integral formation of subject with reflective, interactive and collaborative participation. Given the scope and specificity of EPT, training teachers in this educational segment, with a view to their professional and human development, is a huge challenge, given the technical characteristics that involve and permeate Professional and Technological Education, since the Beginning of its emergence. Historical-Cultural Theory.Este artigo é fruto de uma dissertação de mestrado, realizada no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação, da Universidade de Uberaba, que se propôs a compreender a formação docente para a Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (EPT), a partir das legislações específicas que permeiam seu desenvolvimento, contidas na Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação (LDB) e no Ministério da Educação e Cultura (MEC). Teve como objetivo refletir sobre o ensino na Educação Profissional e Tecnológica e analisar o Projeto Pedagógico de curso para formação de professores do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Triângulo Mineiro (IFTM). Trata-se de uma pesquisa documental das leis pertinentes e do projeto pedagógico e bibliográfica dos autores da THC, para elucidação do contexto e do objeto pesquisado. O projeto pedagógico do curso do IFTM denota o desenvolvimento teórico-prático para além do desenvolvimento da Pedagogia específica para a EPT. A Teoria Histórico-Cultural (THC) e a Teoria da Atividade, considerando o homem com ser social que aprende a partir do seu meio relacional, no qual ele se desenvolve, atua e influencia seus pares, poderá ser sustentáculo para a formação docente ainda complexa no século XXI. Constatam-se nuances da formação integral dos sujeitos com participação reflexiva, interativa e colaborativa. Dada a abrangência e a especificidade da EPT, formar o professor deste segmento educacional, com vistas ao seu desenvolvimento profissional e humano, é desafio enorme, face às características tecnicistas que envolvem e permeiam a Educação Profissional e Tecnológica, desde o início de seu surgimento.
