Resumo: This article aims to present the trajectory of Professional and Technological Education in Brazil, taking into account the changes that ETP presents in its legal frameworks and teacher training, including when taking the curriculum as a reference, discussing teaching in the world Professional and Technological Education, without disregarding elements such as omnilaterality and integration of high school. The research is justified in rescuing the historical context of EFA in Brazil and understanding how its chronology contributes to the qualification of its teachers. In this sense, it was decided to use a methodology with a quantitative approach and literature review, carried out on materials published in written and electronic media, such as E-books, books and scientific articles. Thus, it was possible to see that the changes that occurred during the historic journey of EPT and the struggle of teachers.

La investigación está justificada para rescatar el contexto histórico de la EPT en Brasil y comprender cómo esta cronología influyó en la formación de sus docentes. En este sentido, se decidió utilizar una metodología con enfoque cualitativo y revisión de literatura, realizada sobre materiales publicados en medios escritos y electrónicos, como libros electrónicos, libros y artículos científicos. Por lo tanto, fue posible percibir los cambios que ocurrieron durante la trayectoria histórica de la EPT y las implicaciones para la formación del profesorado.Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar a trajetória da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica no Brasil, levando em consideração as mudanças ocorridas nos seus marcos legais e na formação docente, inclusive quando se toma como referência o currículo, discutindo docência, sem desconsiderar a temática da educação omnilateral. A pesquisa justifica-se em resgatar o contexto histórico da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica e compreender como essa cronologia influenciou a formação de seus professores. Nesse sentido, optou-se por utilizar uma metodologia com abordagem de cunho qualitativo e revisão de literatura, realizada em materiais publicados em meios escritos e eletrônicos, como E-books, livros e artigos científicos.
