IMPACTS OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHERS OF THE BENJAMIN CONSTANT INSTITUTE DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC: A EXPERIENCE REPORT

Resumo: This article presents the report of experience teacher during the COVID-19 pandemic (March 2020 to December 2021), in the Benjamin Constant Institute/ Rio de Janeiro. Qualitative study, with characteristics of a descriptive exploratory approach, using documentary/ bibliographical research techniques, that aimed to broach the possibilities, the strategies and the overcoming of teachers in home office, who reinvented themselves in the teaching-learning process, based on the theory of teaching centered on the apprentice, and delivered diversified knowledge of healthy habits, food and nutrition, sports practices and preventive strategies to the three stages of Basic Education, from an evidence-based Physical (Re)Education. It was noticed that the students involvement in the proposed activities and critical attitudes of appropriation of the contents presented, however, the peculiarities of the school community from that institution were disregarded during home office (access to technologies) and in moment of the return to presentials activities, with pandemic scenario concerning for the adoption of sanitary procedures.

Estudio de naturaleza cualitativa, con características de enfoque exploratorio descriptivo, utilizando técnicas de investigación documental/ bibliográfica, que tuvo como objetivo abordar las estrategias, desafíos y superación de los profesores en teletrabajo, que se reinventaron en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, com base en la teoría de la enseñanza centrada en el alumno, y entregaron conocimientos diversificados sobre hábitos saludables, alimentación y nutrición, prácticas deportivas y estrategias preventivas a las tres etapas de la Educación Básica, a partir de una (Re)Educación Física basada en evidencias. Se percibió el envolvimiento de los alumnos en las actividades propuestas y actitudes críticas de apropiación del contenido presentado, sin embargo, las particularidades de la comunidad escolar de esa institución fueron desatendidas durante el teletrabajo (acceso a tecnologías) y al regresar a las actividades presenciales, con un preocupante escenario pandémico a la adopción de procedimientos sanitarios.Este artigo apresenta o relato de experiência docente durante a pandemia da COVID-19 (março de 2020 a dezembro de 2021), no Instituto Benjamin Constant/ Rio de Janeiro. Estudo de natureza qualitativa, com características de abordagem descritiva exploratória, com emprego de técnicas da pesquisa documental/ bibliográfica, que teve o objetivo abordar as estratégias, os desafios e a superação dos professores no teletrabalho, que se reinventaram no processo de ensino-aprendizagem, baseado na teoria do ensino centrada no aprendiz, e entregaram conhecimentos diversificados de hábitos saudáveis, de alimentação e nutrição, práticas esportivas e estratégias preventivas às três etapas da Educação Básica, a partir de uma (Re)Educação Física baseada em evidências.
