DEGREE IN FIELD EDUCATION IN NATURAL SCIENCES: MAPPING SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION IN THESES AND DISSERTATIONS

Resumo: This study aims to map the scientific production of dissertations and theses that address the Degree in Rural Education in Natural Sciences. This is a bibliographic survey, which was developed through consultation in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations. As a result, 15 works were obtained, 11 of which were for master's degrees and 4 for doctoral studies. The works were characterized and it was identified that the South region had more publications, most of the works belong to graduate programs in the Education area. The analysis of the keywords made it possible to identify that the most common occurrence was the term “Rural Education”, present in almost all researches. It is noteworthy that although the results show growth in research on Rural Education and Nature Sciences, more space is needed in the literature on the subject in question, and it is essential to encourage research in the area.

Se trata de una encuesta bibliográfica, que se desarrolló mediante consulta en la Biblioteca Digital Brasileña de Tesis y Disertaciones. Como resultado, se obtuvieron 15 trabajos, 11 de los cuales fueron para maestrías y 4 para estudios de doctorado. Se caracterizaron los trabajos y se identificó que la región Sur tenía más publicaciones, la mayoría de los trabajos pertenecen a programas de posgrado en el área de Educación. El análisis de las palabras clave permitió identificar que la ocurrencia más común fue el término “Educación de Campo”, presente en casi todas las investigaciones. Es de destacar que a pesar de los resultados muestran un crecimiento en la investigación en Educación Rural y Ciencias de la Naturaleza, se necesita más espacio en la literatura sobre el tema en cuestión, y es fundamental fomentar la investigación en el área.Este estudo tem como objetivo mapear a produção científica de dissertações e teses que abordam sobre Licenciatura em Educação do Campo nas Ciências da Natureza. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de levantamento bibliográfico, a qual foi desenvolvida por meio da consulta na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD). Obteve-se, como resultado, 15 trabalhos, sendo 11 pesquisas de mestrado e 4 de doutorado. Os trabalhos foram caracterizados e identificou-se que a região Sul apresentou mais publicações, a maior parte dos trabalhos pertencem aos programas de pós-graduação da área de Educação. A análise das palavras-chaves possibilitou identificar que a maior ocorrência foi ao termo “Educação do Campo”, presente em quase todas as pesquisas.
