Resumo: Abstract: The objective of the research is to develop a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) about teacher training for the development of Digital Educational Resources (DER) in Brazil, thus creating an overview of this topic and characterizing its particularities. The research is of a secondary nature and search protocols and research questions were defined to guide the execution of the work. The ten articles that made up the review were extracted from three different databases and later analyzed. The investigation of the identified studies allowed the collection of a series of qualitative and quantitative data about the experiences of teacher training for the creation of DER, through which it was possible to determine that, among other conclusions, the main educational segment to which the resources developed they were intended for Elementary School, the target audience of the training was teachers in initial training, and the training experiences were not solely aimed at developing technical skills. Educational technology.Resumo: O objetivo da pesquisa é desenvolver uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura (RSL) acerca da formação docente para o desenvolvimento de Recursos Educacionais (RED) no Brasil, criando-se assim um panorama sobre esse tema e caracterizando suas particularidades. A pesquisa é de cunho secundário e foram definidos protocolos de busca e questões de pesquisa para orientar a realização do trabalho. Os dez artigos que compuseram a revisão foram extraídos de três bases de dados distintas e, posteriormente, analisados. A investigação dos estudos identificados permitiu a coleta de uma série de dados qualitativos e quantitativos acerca das experiências de formação de professores para a criação de RED, através dos quais foi possível determinar que, dentre outras conclusões, o principal segmento educacional aos quais os recursos desenvolvidos eram destinados é o Ensino Fundamental, o público-alvo das formações foram docentes em formação inicial, e as experiências formativas não tinham como objetivo unicamente o desenvolvimento de habilidades técnicas.
