THE ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY IN THE KNOWLEDGE TRANSMISSION IN THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Resumo: | Educational technology has presented itself in the pandemic period of COVID-19 as one of the most efficient technological resources for the transmission of knowledge in Brazil. The purpose of this article was to analyze the role of educational technology in the transmission of knowledge in the pandemic period of COVID-19 in basic and higher education. The methodological procedures are based on information through bibliographic searches in online publications such as magazines, digital books, legislation and the search for data in virtual reports in renowned institutions in the evaluation of education and public health. The impact of the pandemic on education permeated online education as an efficient and necessary pedagogical trend for on-site educational institutions, whether in basic education or higher education. In this direction, the need for better familiarization with technology has been described both by the educational institution, the teacher and the student. However, the democratization of access to education in the pandemic period of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus has posed challenges to guaranteeing education, specifically in public schools, as there are still social subjects without access to the internet, computer, headset and possible others. resources for the quality of the interconnection of remote education, in this sense, solutions must start from public policies aimed at education at the secondary, higher and, in particular, the municipal level so that they are assisted, oriented and, as possible, literate digital resources to give you the right to learn and have quality teaching and learning skills at your disposal. |

El propósito de este artículo fue analizar el papel de la tecnología educativa en la transmisión del conocimiento en el período pandémico del COVID-19 en la educación básica y superior. Los procedimientos metodológicos se basan en la información a través de búsquedas bibliográficas en publicaciones en línea como revistas, libros digitales, legislación y la búsqueda de datos en informes virtuales en instituciones de renombre en la evaluación de la educación y la salud pública. El impacto de la pandemia en la educación ha permeado la educación en línea como una tendencia pedagógica eficiente y necesaria para las instituciones educativas presenciales, ya sean de educación básica o superior. En esta dirección, la necesidad de una mejor familiarización con la tecnología ha sido descrita tanto por la institución educativa, como por el docente y el alumno. Sin embargo, la democratización del acceso a la educación en el período pandémico del coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 ha planteado desafíos para garantizar la educación, específicamente en las escuelas públicas, ya que aún existen sujetos sociales sin acceso a internet, computadora, auriculares y posibles otros. .recursos para la calidad de la interconexión de la educación a distancia, en este sentido, las soluciones deben partir de políticas públicas orientadas a la educación a nivel secundario, superior y, en particular, municipal para que sean atendidas, orientadas y, tanto como posible, alfabetizado en los recursos digitales para darle el derecho a aprender y tener habilidades de enseñanza y aprendizaje de calidad a su disposición.A tecnologia educacional tem se apresentado no período pandemia como um dos recursos tecnológicos mais eficientes para transmissão de conhecimento no Brasil. O objetivo desse artigo é fazer uma análise do papel da tecnologia educacional na transmissão de conhecimento no período pandemia da COVID-19 na educação básica e superior. Os procedimentos metodológicos estão embasados a partir de informações através de pesquisas bibliográficas em publicações online como revistas, livros digitais, legislação e a busca de dados em relatórios virtuais em instituições renomadas em avaliação da educação e de saúde pública. O impacto da pandemia na educação permeou a educação online como uma tendência pedagógica eficiente e necessária às instituições de ensino presenciais, sejam elas da educação básica ou do ensino superior. Nesta direção, vem se descrevendo a necessidade de melhores familiarizações com a tecnologia tanto por parte da instituição educacional, do professor e do aluno. No entanto, a democratização do acesso a educação no período pandemia do coronavírus SARS-CoV-2 tem lançado desafios a garantia da educação, especificamente nas escolas públicas, pois ainda há sujeitos sociais sem acesso a internet, computador, fone de ouvido e possíveis outros recursos para a qualidade da interconexão do ensino remoto, neste sentido, soluções devem partir das políticas públicas voltadas a educação, em especial, no âmbito municipal para que estes sejam assistidos, orientados e, dentro do possível alfabetizado aos recursos digitais para lhe ceder o direito de aprender e ter a sua disposição as habilidades do ensino e da aprendizagem com qualidade.
