Resumo: Theme: Nurse actions in educational practices in health care for pregnant women. Problem: What is the difficulty of the nursing team in educational practices for pregnant women. The theme justifies the actions of nurses in educational practices in health for pregnant women. Objective: To understand the importance of nurses in the development of educational activities, in the promotion and prevention of the pregnant woman's health. Methodology: Integrative review, which aims to evaluate articles already published through research based on scientific articles in the databases of LILACS Medline / Pubmed and SCIELO. Results: The study identified that the educational practices developed by nurses are related to health education with guidelines for prevention. The performance of nurses in prenatal care, it is necessary that the professional is qualified to meet the needs of pregnant women.

Objetivo: Compreender a importância do enfermeiro no desenvolvimento de atividades educativas, na promoção e prevenção de saúde da gestante. Metodologia: Revisão integrativa, que tem como finalidade de avaliar os artigos já publicados por meio de pesquisa embasada em artigos científicos nas bases de dados, do LILACS Medline/Pubmed e SCIELO. Resultado: O estudo identificou que as práticas educativas desenvolvidas por enfermeiros estão relacionadas à educação em saúde com orientações à prevenção.
