Resumo: This work results from a research in the field of Educational Practices and Policies, within the Post Graduation Program in Education, at Universidade Nove de Julho (UNINOVE). It aims at investigating how SENAC-SP (Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial) led the professionalizing education reform that the institution experienced in the 1990 s. SENAC is the research focus in this work due to its educational representation, both for variety and number of technical courses. SENAC-SP s portfolio offered 33 titles in the year 2000 and had 82.345 clients, in 12 distinct areas of knowledge. The hypothesis on the scope of this research is that the understanding of educational processes along the 1990 s revealed some resistance among those who had an initial comprehension of those processes and the corresponding educational practice. Moreover, that the mentioned resistance is extensively linked to how mediation occurs between reform surmises and the institutional culture. Furthermore, this research aims at elucidating how educational reforms are delineated by dynamic processes and marked by institutional features.

Seu objetivo é investigar como se deu a apropriação pelo SENAC-SP (Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Comercial) da reforma da educação profissional ocorrida na década de 1990, em sua organização educacional. Utilizamos como campo de pesquisa o SENAC de São Paulo, em razão de sua representatividade educacional em volume de oferta e quantidade de títulos de cursos Técnicos oferecidos. O portfólio do SENAC-SP no ano de 2000, apresentava nas doze áreas de conhecimento em que atuava, trinta e três títulos e 82.345 clientes matriculados. Nossa hipótese de pesquisa parte da premissa de que os processos de compreensão das reformas educacionais da década de 1990 apresentaram, no SENAC SP, momentos de embate entre os responsáveis pela apropriação inicial e sua efetiva prática educacional e que tais embates decorrem em grande parte da forma como se dá a mediação entre os pressupostos da reforma e a cultura institucional. Assim a pesquisa pretende apresentar elementos que possam ajudar na compreensão de como a apropriação das reformas educacionais são delineadas por processos dinâmicos marcados por especificidades institucionais.Made available in DSpace on 2015-04-08T14:36:35Z (GMT).
