Communicational movements in the relationship between organization and communities: theoretical and methodological perspectives for understanding the phenomenon

Resumo: This work is part of the results of a research made in 2010 which aimed the relationship between a major mining company (Vale) and two communities located in Nova Lima, Minas Gerais. The analytical proposal that was presented allowed the apprehension of the communicational movement between the organization and its interlocutors throughout their discourses. The project had a wide bibliographic review, giving privilege to an articulated approach of the relational perspective in communication with sense making studies and the critic discourse analysis, besides the use of in-depth interviews and focus group.

La propuesta analítica permitió la aprehensión del movimiento comunicacional entre la organización y sus interlocutores, a partir de sus discursos. Se cuenta con amplia revisión bibliográfica, privilegiando el abordaje articulado de la perspectiva relacional de la comunicación con estudios de producción de sentido y de análisis crítico de discurso, además de entrevistas en profundidad y grupo focal.O trabalho é parte dos resultados de pesquisa realizada em 2010 cujo foco foi à relação entre uma grande empresa do setor de mineração (Vale) e duas comunidades localizadas em Nova Lima, Minas Gerais. A proposta analítica permitiu a apreensão do movimento comunicacional entre a organização e seus interlocutores, a partir de seus discursos.
