Inclusive education: A constant challenge in the capitalist system

Resumo: This paper relates the debate of education to the model of the capitalist society, proposing an analysis of an experience in the field of public higher education. This point is triggering for entering the model of education and consequently in the field of inclusive education. We shall indicate some contradiction inherent in the conflicts and complexities that constitute these themes, delimiting the antagonism of what is advocated in the conception of inclusion in education with the stated intention of the capital to increasingly subordinate education to commodity. Moreover, we will extend the analysis onto the access barriers, as well as the development of measures that allow better accessibility conditions for students with disabilities in higher education.

Esse ponto é disparador para adentrar no modelo de educação e, consequentemente, no campo da inclusão na educação. Faz-se sinalizações sobre a contradição inerente aos conflitos e complexidades que constituem essas temáticas, demarcando o antagonismo do que é preconizado na concepção de educação inclusiva, com a declarada intenção do capital em subordinar a educação, cada vez mais, à mercadoria.
