Resumo: | This paper discusses the assignments of the pedagogical team formed by different professionals, such as the school supervisor, the educational advisor and the technical-administrative pedagogue dedicated to the training of workers, specifically involving the study of a case of a Federal Institute. The methodology was through literature and field research. As a result, the relevance of those professionals licensed in Pedagogy has been brought out in specific activities and the importance of these groups share their teamwork, because they have the purpose of assisting the teaching work, provide the student some qualified teaching and learning and the educational projects for social development. |

La metodología consistió en la investigación bibliográfica y estudio de campo. En consecuencia, es la relevancia de la pedagogía profesional con licencia en actividades específicas y la importancia de estos grupos comparten su trabajo en equipo, ya que tienen el propósito de ayudar a la profesión docente, proporcionando la enseñanza y la calidad de aprendizaje de los estudiantes con proyectos educativos apropiados para el desarrollo social.Este artigo dialoga acerca das atribuições da equipe pedagógica formada por diferentes profissionais, como o supervisor, o orientador e o pedagogo técnico-administrativo em instituições de educação profissional dedicadas à formação do trabalhador, mais especificamente envolvendo o estudo de caso de um instituto federal. A metodologia envolveu pesquisa bibliográfica e pesquisa de campo.
