Resumo: | This paper aims to work the role of the pedagogical supervisor, initially, from the legal and theoretical approach. Following this explanation, the article discusses the work of the supervisor at school. The methodology used was literature review and document analysis: regulations, legislation and edicts. The objective of this work was to legally and theoretically identify the role of the supervisor in the Minas Gerais State School. The results achieved were that the presence of the pedagogue in the school environment is essential to think and collectively build educational practices. The final considerations implies that it is necessary for the school community to know the work of the pedagogue in the construction of meaningful and punctual educational practices for the school community, requiring from this educator a posture of teamwork to realize the projects in a collective way and thought by the collective to the collective. |

Después de esta explicación, el artículo analiza el trabajo del supervisor en la escuela. La metodología utilizada fue la revisión de la literatura y el análisis de documentos: regulaciones, legislación y edictos. El objetivo de este trabajo fue identificar legal y teóricamente el papel del supervisor en la Escuela Estatal de Minas Gerais. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que la presencia del pedagogo en el entorno escolar es esencial para pensar y construir colectivamente prácticas educativas. Las consideraciones finales implican que es necesario que la comunidad escolar conozca el trabajo del pedagogo en la construcción de prácticas educativas significativas y puntuales para la comunidad escolar, requiriendo de este educador una postura de trabajo en equipo para concretar los proyectos de una manera colectiva y pensada por el colectivo para El colectivo.O presente texto tem como proposta trabalhar o papel do supervisor pedagógico, inicialmente, a partir da abordagem legal e teórica. Após essa explanação, o artigo discute o trabalho do supervisor na escola. A metodologia utilizada foi revisão bibliográfica e análise de documentos: regulamentos, legislação e editais. O objetivo deste trabalho foi identificar legalmente e teoricamente o papel do supervisor na escola do Estado de Minas Gerais. Os resultados alcançados foram que é imprescindível a presença do pedagogo no ambiente escolar para pensar e construir coletivamente as práticas educativas.
