Resumo: | This article registers a remarkable stage of my career and highlights the essence of scientific research in personal and professional training. Highlights the role of universities and, in particular, community institutions for the science and in the training of scientists, in a perspective of integral training, that congregates the exercise of citizenship and qualification for work. The research agenda of my master’s and PhD in Education at PUCRS is closely connected to my professional practice, contributing to my personal development and the innovation of the professional spaces in which I was working. In the master’s dissertation, I investigated the Education of primary education managers of the Marist Network, proposing training paths in the light of the Marist Brazil Educational Project. In the PhD, the investigation resulted in a proposal for an organization for the Marist International Higher Education Network, articulating internationalization theories for higher education and network theory. The two studies, connected to my professional activity, contributed to integral training, reiterating the contribution of research as a promoter of the development of people and science and generating an impact on society. |

Destaca el papel de las universidades, en especial, de las instituciones comunitarias para la ciencia y en la formación de investigadores, en una perspectiva de formación integral, que congrega el ejercicio de la ciudadanía y la calificación para el trabajo. Las investigaciones que realicé en la maestría y en doctoramiento del Programa de Posgrado em Educación de la PUCRS caminaron en una estrecha relación con mi práctica profesional, contribuyendo no apenas para mi desarrollo individual, pero también para la innovación de los espacios profesionales en los cuales yo estuve actuando. En la disertación de maestría, investigué sobre la formación de los gestores de Educación básica de la Red Marista, proponiendo rutas formativas a la luz del Proyecto Educativo Marista. En el doctorado, la investigación resultó en una propuesta de organización en red para la Red Marista Internacional de Educación Superior, articulando teorías de internacionalización de la educación superior y la teoría de redes. Los dos estudios, ambos vinculados a mi actuación profesional contribuyeron para una formación integral, reiterando la contribución de la investigación, como promotor del desarrollo de personas y de la ciencia y generando impacto en la sociedad.Este artigo registra uma etapa marcante da minha trajetória e evidencia a importância da investigação científica no meu processo de formação pessoal e profissional. Destaca o papel das universidades e, em especial, das instituições comunitárias para a ciência e na formação de cientistas, numa perspectiva de formação integral, que congrega o exercício da cidadania e a qualificação para o trabalho. As pesquisas que realizei no mestrado e no doutorado do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) caminharam em uma estreita relação com a minha prática profissional, contribuindo não apenas para o meu desenvolvimento individual, mas também para a inovação dos espaços profissionais nos quais eu estava atuando. Na dissertação do mestrado, investiguei sobre a formação dos gestores da educação básica da Rede Marista, propondo percursos formativos à luz do Projeto Educativo do Brasil Marista. No doutorado, a investigação resultou em uma proposta de organização em rede para a Rede Marista Internacional de Educação Superior, articulando teorias da internacionalização da educação superior e a teoria de redes. Os dois estudos, ambos vinculados à minha atuação profissional, contribuíram para uma formação integral, reiterando a contribuição da pesquisa, como promotora do desenvolvimento de pessoas e da ciência, e gerando impacto na sociedade.
