Common National Curricular Base: A biopolitical and polyphonic analysis

Resumo: | This article brings to the discussion two perspectives of discursive analysis that we propose as complementary and interrelated: the biopolitical view and the semantic-polyphonic view. Our proposal constitutes an experience of aproximation, keeping the theoretical differences, of Philosophy and Linguistic Semantics, applied to Education. Given the educational context of Brazil facing the implementation of the Common National Curricular Base, we prepared an analysis of the biopolitics and semantic-polyphonic purposes of BNCC. We start investigating the educational biopolitical context and, in sequence, submit the statements that express its objectives in the document to polyphonic description of meaning. Both axes of analysis aim to highlight what is presupposed and, therefore, not explicit in the speech of BNCC. After all, we think we have demonstrated how these two references that can be used in an integrated way, warning about the reading needs and the consequent understanding that transcends the limits of the manifest text and take the more or less veiled sayings of a document of substantial importance for education in contemporary Brazil. |

Este artículo trae a discusión dos perspectivas de análisis discursivas que proponemos como complementarias e interdependientes: la visión biopolítica y la mirada semántico-polifónica. Nuestra propuesta se constituye en una experiencia de aproximación, salvando las diferencias teóricas, de la Filosofía y de la Semántica Lingüística aplicadas a la Educación. Dado el contexto educacional de Brasil frente a la implementación de la Base Nacional Común Curricular, elaboramos un análisis biopolítico y semántico-polifónico de los objetivos de la BNCC. Comenzamos mirando el documento en contexto biopolítico, educativo y, posteriormente, presentamos los enunciados que expresan sus objetivos en el documento a la descripción polifónica del significado. Ambos ejes de análisis tienen como objetivo poner en consideración lo que está presupuesto y, por tanto, no explícito en el discurso de la BNCC. Al final, creemos que hemos demostrado cómo estas dos referencias se pueden utilizar de forma integrada para alertar sobre la necesidad de una lectura, y la consecuente comprensión, que trascienda los límites del texto manifiesto y que busque lo más o menos velado de un documento de sustancial importancia para la educación en el Brasil contemporáneo.Este artigo traz à discussão duas perspectivas de análise discursiva que propomos como complementares e interdependentes: a visão biopolítica e o olhar semântico-polifônico. Nossa proposta constitui-se uma experiência de aproximação, guardadas as diferenças teóricas, da Filosofia e da Semântica Linguística aplicadas à Educação. Dado o contexto educacional do Brasil frente à implementação da Base Nacional Comum Curricular, elaboramos uma análise biopolítica e semântico-polifônica dos objetivos da BNCC. Começamos por examinar o documento no contexto biopolítico educacional e, na sequência, submetemos os enunciados que expressam seus objetivos no documento à descrição polifônica do sentido. Ambos os eixos de análise visam pôr à mostra o que está pressuposto e, portanto, não explicitado no discurso da BNCC. Ao fim, pensamos ter demonstrado como esses dois referenciais podem ser usados de forma integrada, para alertar sobre a necessidade de uma leitura e a consequente compreensão que transcenda os limites do texto manifesto e busque os ditos mais ou menos velados de um documento de importância substancial para a educação no Brasil contemporâneo.
