Resumo: This dissertation intended to study, even that only partially, the changes brought by the Law n. 13,467/2017, popularly named Labor Reform, especially regarding the new forms of hiring and the impacts in the Superior Labor Court Precedents. Considering the extensive subject, it was discussed solely part of the Substantive Law and part of the Precedents. It was achieved the purpose of better understand the Legislative Power´s reasons to change the labor laws
