The present work investigates the issue of the constitutionality of collective search and seizure warrants within the context of the Brazilian legal system. These warrants have gained prominence as a tool to combat criminal practices, particularly in high-crime urban areas. However, they raise questions regarding their compliance with constitutional principles such as due process of law, presumption of innocence, privacy, and inviolability of the domicile. Throughout the work, the main controversies related to collective search and seizure warrants are identified and discussed, including their legal validity, impact on individual guarantees, and potential for abuse by authorities. Additionally, case law and perspectives from higher courts in relation to this practice are examined. The research findings point to an evident tension between crime-fighting effectiveness and the protection of fundamental rights. The discussion of these aspects reveals the need for a careful and in-depth analysis of the constitutionality of collective search and seizure warrants, considering both the legal context and international case law. Ultimately, this study intends to contribute to the academic and legal debate on the use of this legal instrument, highlighting the issues involving its compatibility with the legal system and the citizen's constitutional guarantees
