Liturgy as a process of divine connection must mediate the way to the otherness of life, it is a very important intersection within the communicative acts between people in society, as well the communication between Church and people. The liturgy has the capacity to transform and allow participants to become more sensitive to human dignity and the role of dehumanizing powers and ideologies in society. Through a Literature Review, this study aimed to approach a reading on the liturgy that leads to the experience of apprehending reality from Xavier Zubiri's Sentient Intelligence. It is necessary to celebrate and experience a liturgy of compassion and hospitality that offers the people of God new entrances to renewed relationships between communities and the Church. It is emphasized that the liturgy should not create the impression of people who are trying to escape reality, but rather generate reality itself, creating the union between God and man in a true community of believers
