This bibliographical research work is a survey of the possible ways to include people with special educative needs in higher education and seeks to analyze them. Its author works for many years with inclusive education in an elementary school and middle school, in which the prospect of inclusion was born and cemented during the prime years of their empowerment in Brasilian education and which, as will be seen in the first chapter, is largely consolidated, although this fact can not be unequivocal. In the first chapter, the author tries to make a survey of this historical dimension of inclusive education at all levels, from international meetings that served to disseminate it and support it until the prospect that makes us ask: and, then, after the elementary school and middle school, what are the prospects of a genuine inclusion way also in the universities? In the second chapter, we look into such possibilities, taking stock of the situation of higher education institutions that advance the achievement of this ideal, within its limits in available records of research in institutions that in one way or another practice inclusion. To, then, conclude in the third and final chapter that the issue is still little studied, questioned, and especially by those responsible for to receive these people in the universities. However, there are chances that way to be strengthened, considering the interest of a new generation of researchers who are noticed, for example, in organizations that gather around the concern for inclusive education
