O princípio ideológico contido no conceito de competências da Base Nacional Comum Curricular

Resumo: The present research aims to identify the ideological principle that essentially structures the concepts of competencies of the brazilian curricular standard, known as "Base Nacional Comum Curricular" (BNCC). To this purpose, we sought to present the different conceptions of curriculum since the beginning of the 20th century, in order to demystify the notion of a neutral curriculum. This investigation was carried out in conjunction with the context of dispute in which the creation of the BNCC is inserted, in which ideological and hegemonic disputes and interventions were found, with an emphasis on the strong performance of the business sector, which was aligned with the discourse of multilateral bodies. In addition, an interview was also carried out with elementary school teachers at a state public school in São Paulo in order to identify possible developments in their practices and, consequently, in the training of students. The results of the work showed that these concepts hide their neoliberal principle and tend to prioritize the formation of subjects based on trends and paradigms dictated by such a system, reflecting the current stage of Brazilian social maturity

Para isso, buscou-se apresentar as diferentes concepções de currículo desde o início do século XX, a fim de desmistificar a noção de currículo neutro. Essa investigação foi feita de forma articulada ao contexto de disputa em que se insere a criação da BNCC, no qual foi constatado disputas e intervenções ideológicas e hegemônicas, com ênfase à forte atuação do setor empresarial, que esteve alinhado ao discurso de órgãos multilaterais. Além disso, também foi realizada uma entrevista com professoras do ensino fundamental anos iniciais de uma escola pública estadual de São Paulo no intuito de identificar possíveis desdobramentos em suas práticas e, consequentemente, na formação dos alunos.
