This monograph is a production that aims reasoning, so discursive, the Institute of Judicial Enforcement of Title, revisiting the central aspects of science civil procedural law in this light, as well as extremely useful for that matter itself invokes from the criminal judgment. First is offered the reader an historical overview of what is to be execution, revealing the main points that involves detailing, through conceptualization, historicity, procedure and importance in the current context of the world of law.
