Resumo: This paper aims to make a brief study on the “pejotização of the Brazilian labor market”, given that this phenomenon has become a practice widely used by large corporations . It is through “pejotização” that transformation of a worker into a legal entity occurs in order to enable the rendering of services through a civil relation without legal employment bonds . However , in view of this peculiarity it is of the ultmost importance to consider whether this institute is a violation of labor rights or just a legal maneuver with the purpose of reducing social security and fiscal charges
