Resumo: This work aims to analyze and comprehend the assorted aspects of Procedural Legal Business regarding the effective date of the New Code of Civil Procedure of 2015, especially regarding the its articles 190 and 191. Moreover, the approach of the theme is also presented through the study regarding the relevance acquired by the institute within the course of time, also verified with the evolution of the provisions of the theme placed in the New Code of Civil Procedure (2015) which are used in the Brazilian law until today. The institute of Procedural Legal Business is a wide field of study and performance that may be achieved in a typical or atypical way, analyzed in compliance with the range of actions and complimentary measures attesting the managing of its application and the demand of balancing the leverage of the interested parties and the judge, being held in high regard the principle of cooperation brought by the New Code of Civil Procedure of 2015 (article 6). In front of the relevant acquired by the theme, this work also aims to analyze the evolution, development and limits of the Procedural Legal Business and the exhibition of some case studies

Ainda, o enfoque ao tema também é apresentado por meio do estudo da relevância do instituto adquirida com o tempo e verificado com a evolução das disposições do tema inseridas nos Código de Processo Civil que vigeram no Direito Positivo Brasileiro até os dias atuais. O instituto dos negócios jurídicos processuais é amplo campo de estudo e atuação que pode se concretizar de forma típica ou atípica, analisado com observância ao conjunto de atos e medidas complementares atentando-se ao gerenciamento de sua aplicação e necessidade de se harmonizar os poderes das partes interessadas e do juiz, sendo de grande valia o princípio da cooperação trazido pelo Código de Processo Civil de 2015 (CPC, artigo 6º).
