Resumo: This essay intends to focus the study of a labor law institute, used by many corporations, especially in the private sector, known as “outsourcing”. Due to the globalization, technological innovations, competitiveness and persecution of higher profits by the companies, outsourcing is now seen as a form of strategic solution. Therefore, this study also intends to project the reflects of such institute in the Brazilian market nowadays, analyzing its advantages and disadvantages, and how such institute is seen the Brazilian judges
