This monograph has as its object the study of burden of proof and your aplication in Process Civil Law, analysing the possibility of the inversion of the burden of proof. To analise the subject, was covered the theme of proove, to observ about the importance of delimitat the paper of this in a process, walking to the momento of the parts` burden of proof and, too, in more specifics cases, the happening the inversion of burden of proof to possibility a better demonstration of the parts` right, thru the understanding of their own and, furthermore, a possibility of application by the judge`s cause
